LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. —Friday is Arbor Day, and Disney Parks Blog is going back in time to show us a photo from 1975. Mickey Mouse, Chip and Dale planted a tree at Walt Disney World Resort in observance of Arbor Day that year.

Thousands of trees are currently being cared for at Walt Disney World Resort. Horticulture specialists and arborists at Disney take the time each day to make sure each plant is healthy and vibrant.

Take some time tomorrow to walk outside and enjoy nature. Maybe even hug a tree!
