LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. —National Pierogi Day is Oct. 8. Why not celebrate by enjoying a delicious recipe from Epcot?

Pierogis are tasty stuffed dumplings, and Epcot International Food & Wine Festival serves them a special way.

Epcot is sharing the savory pierogi recipe for National Pierogi Day, straight from the chefs at Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. While Poland isn’t one of the World Showcase countries, it’s been a part of the festival with a marketplace since 1996, and there’s always been pierogi on the menu, which is one of the festival’s top sellers every single year, according to Disney Parks Blog.

For this year’s 20th celebration of the festival, the chefs created this new version, stuffed with sauerkraut and served with a rich pork goulash. Click here to view the recipe.
